No major problems with Entourage, although I must admit I haven't needed to use Powerpoint so can't really comment on that. Word is sweet and Excel is fine also.

Gaz, you're still on a PowerPC platform, though, aren't you? You still got that Powerbook or did you upgrade?

Might be a different situation on that platform. On the Intel platform, the latest update seems to have created random problems.

I've been using Office 2004 for 2 1/2 years and haven't had many problems with it.
I'm waiting for 2008 to be mailed to me this week so looking forward to that.
I'm a tightarse so since paying for Office I'd rather use that than the Apple programs!!

how have you gone with having entourage 2008 reactivate properly after shutting and opening your lid? i believe that's been a problem which is now fixed in the latest update for 2008.

i did work on an issue for a friend who couldn't seem to open powerpoints from uni on their macbook because of a problem in pp2008 - that turned out to be a bug which got fixed in the first update to mac office 2008.

nah - i'd be happy to leave microsoft behind.

I'm pretty happy with Office 2008 - no huge bugs, although Messenger seems to crash quite a lot
