• Rockingham Ministers Fellowship breakfast this morning. More chaplains there
  than anybody else. Interesting. #
• The big Apple Lets Rock gig seemed a bit of a letdown to me. iTunes 8 is
  nice but not that big a deal. Well see about iPhone 2.1… #

Twitter is one of those tools that is hard to explain. It kind of only begins to make sense as you play with it. This is probably one of the best descriptions of Twitter I have come across…

• Just finished my last project for the day. Good day, but busy. #

• Busy day, but got the big stuff done, including a nice chat with Emma A. #
• Joel is home and suddenly the house is a lot more noisy… :-) #

• Man! Awesome day to be out on a Fathers Day picnic. Looks like most of
  Perth thought so too! :-) #
• Late night last night picking up Joel from airport, so feeling pretty cruddy
  today… Hoping the espresso will kick in soon! #

• Election just got interesting because the absolutely pathetic
  opposition have apparently made it a game! #

• One very full day, but got 90% of the big list done. That’ll do… #
• This weekend’s state election seems like a waste of time. There is no

Four main observations after one week’s usage…

1. It’s still pretty cool. The awesome design just continues to wow.

2. Battery is a big issue – boy, she sucks the juice out of the battery pretty swiftly. I don’t like this. It makes you feel like you have to plug it in at every opportunity. Not good. I’m a bit spoiled by the Blackberry devices I’ve had, which are camel-like in comparison.

3. Data usage seems ok at this point for me. I’m watching it carefully to get a feel for it, and it’s about what I expected based on my research… Roughly 250-300mb per month, I’d say. Buy that’s going to vary depending on your wifi coverage.

4. I just love the Exchange integration -this alone makes this very functional for me. No more absolutely ridiculously crappy synchronization between Mac & Blackberry. This has been worth the switch right there.
